Terms of service
Last updated July 2026.
The service
InboxAgent connects to a Shopify brand's Gmail support inbox, classifies inbound email, and drafts replies in the brand's own voice using its past sent replies and live Shopify order data. Drafts wait for human approval by default. Refunds, cancellations, store credit, and other actions that move money always require a human to approve them, regardless of any other setting.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping, returns, and brand-voice policies you configure, and for reviewing drafts before approving them or before turning on auto-send for a category. Auto-send only becomes available for a category after it has cleared 50 approvals at a 95 percent approval rate, and you can turn it off at any time.
Pricing and billing
Pricing is published on the homepage: a one-time setup fee, then a flat monthly rate per plan. Paying annually gets two months free. Any overage pricing beyond a plan's included volume is disclosed on the pricing page before you sign up, not added afterward. You can cancel at any time from Settings; there is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Acceptable use
You will not use InboxAgent to send content that is illegal, abusive, or deceptive, and you will not attempt to access another workspace's data or circumvent the isolation between accounts.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
InboxAgent is provided as-is. We work to keep drafts accurate and policies correctly applied, but we do not guarantee that every draft will be correct, and you are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are approved or sent. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
